Coumadin Management Clinic

The Coumadin Clinic manages the care of patients who are taking Coumadin, a blood thinner used for many conditions involving abnormal blood clotting. These patients may visit the clinic independent of their physician visits. Finger-stick methodology is used to measure the patient's blood clotting values, and then medication adjustments are made as necessary.
